ABOUT US
A native Texan that is proud to call the Emerald Coast home for the last 10+ years. Leslie and her husband Manny moved here in 2013 because of an Air Force relocation and they fell in love with the community and decided to raise their family here. Leslie has a bachelor’s of Arts in Speech Communications and a Minor in Business from Texas A & M University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center-San Antonio.

Pre-nursing, Leslie worked as a Programs Coordinator (event planner) for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Houston. After nursing school, she moved to the Emerald Coast and started her nursing career. In 2019, she shifted paths so she could stay home with her children and got her real estate license. Which led to finding her passion of home flipping and staging. In 2023, she established Happy House Prep, LLC where she now partners with local realtors and homeowners to prepare homes to put on the market. Her clients range from total renovations to staging. She is prepared to offer the total package from start to finish now that she has partnered with Sea Haus Realty!
Leslie is very active in local community efforts. For the past 2 years, she has served as the President of her community Homeowner’s Association and is currently President of Parent Teachers Organization and Vice President of the Board at her kids school.
She loves watching her children grow up in this charming beach community and can’t wait to help other families find their forever homes too!
